Protect yourself from fraud, phishing attempts, and scams

Last updated: February 28, 2026

Bylukz Corporation Private Limited (“Bylukz”, “We”, “Us”) is committed to protecting our users from fraudulent activities, phishing attempts, impersonation, and scams carried out by unauthorized individuals pretending to represent Bylukz. We urge all customers, sellers, and partners to stay alert and follow this advisory to safeguard their personal information, financial details, and accounts.

What is Phishing?

Phishing is a fraudulent attempt to obtain sensitive information such as passwords, OTPs, bank details, wallet information, or personal data by pretending to be a trusted entity. Cyber-criminals often use fake messages, emails, websites, or calls claiming to be from Bylukz to deceive users.

What Bylukz Never Asks For

Bylukz never asks for your OTP, password, PIN, banking information, debit/credit card details, UPI PIN, or sensitive account data at any time. If anyone claiming to represent Bylukz requests such information, it is a clear sign of fraud. Users must not share personal or financial information with unknown callers, suspicious links, or unofficial websites.

Official Communication Channels

Official communication from Bylukz is sent only through verified channels. Emails will come from authorized Bylukz domains, and SMS notifications will carry official sender IDs. Bylukz will never contact users via random phone numbers, WhatsApp messages, social media DMs, or third-party profiles requesting payments, login information, wallet verification, or refunds.

Common Fraud Tactics

Fraudsters may attempt to lure users with false promises such as gifts, prizes, contests, rewards, free products, job offers, or commission-based earning schemes. Bylukz does not operate any such programs outside its official app and website. Users are advised to avoid clicking unknown links, downloading suspicious attachments, or responding to unsolicited communication claiming to be from Bylukz.

Refund Process

Refunds from Bylukz are processed only as Bylukz Wallet Store Credit within the official app. Bylukz will never ask you to install any remote-access software, scan QR codes, or send payment screenshots to receive refunds or rewards.

Reporting Suspicious Activity

If you receive any suspicious phone call, message, email, or notice that appears to be from Bylukz, do not engage with the sender. Do not share any personal information. Instead, immediately report the incident to Bylukz through the official Help & Support section of the app or email our security team at security@bylukz.com. Sharing screenshots or details helps us investigate and take corrective action.

If You Have Been Targeted

If you mistakenly shared information or performed any action in response to a phishing attempt, change your Bylukz password immediately, contact your bank, and report the incident to Bylukz support. Quick action can help prevent misuse of your account.

Our Security Efforts

Bylukz continuously monitors for fraudulent activity and works with law enforcement authorities to identify and take action against scammers. However, user vigilance is essential in preventing financial loss and personal data compromise.

Staying Safe

For genuine updates, offers, and communication, always rely only on the official Bylukz website, mobile application, and verified social media handles. If something looks suspicious, trust your instincts and verify through the official Bylukz channels before taking any action.

Your Safety is Our Priority

Staying aware and informed helps protect your account and ensures a secure shopping experience with Bylukz.
