1. Agreement to Terms

Bylukz Corporation Private Limited (“Bylukz”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) operates a digital platform consisting of a mobile application and website (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation & Return Policy, and any additional policies published from time to time.

These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require physical or digital signatures.

2. General Use and Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or access the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

All content on the Platform is provided for informational purposes only and may be changed or updated without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to misuse the Platform by introducing viruses, trojans, malware, or other harmful material, or by attempting unauthorized access to servers, databases, or systems.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities carried out through their account.

4. Product and Service Descriptions

Bylukz strives to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, images, and availability. However, Bylukz does not warrant that such information is error-free, complete, or current.

Bylukz acts only as an intermediary and does not manufacture, own, or sell products listed by third-party Sellers.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. Orders may be refused or cancelled due to availability issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational reasons.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. All cancellations are governed by the Cancellation and Return Policy.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in INR or applicable local currency and may be inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Bylukz is not liable for gateway errors, delays, or banking issues.

7. Refund Policy (Wallet Credits Only)

All refunds are issued exclusively as Store Credit to the User’s Bylukz Wallet.

Refunds are not transferable to bank accounts, cards, UPI, or external wallets. Wallet credits can be used only on the Platform and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, text, images, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of Bylukz or its licensors.

Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bylukz is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or products purchased.

Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and any future modifications.
